On January 1st 2004, “Uniprom pekara” LLC Nikšić began industrial production within the business system “Uniprom” LLC Nikšić. We started the production in modest conditions with one tunnel and rotary furnace and with a modest assortment. Today, “Uniprom pekara” is highly developed food company with a broad assortment of products, basic and special types of bread, pastries, pie phyllo, frozen pastries, börek, cakes … We operate as a modern company, preparing our products in accordance with the highest health and hygiene standards.
Uniprom pekara je svoj razvoj pažljivo planirala i projektovala. Na vrijeme smo prepoznali potrebu da svoj razvoj uskladimo sa najzahtjevnijim međunarodnim standardima, u ovoj oblasti, koristeći iskustva renomiranih međunarodnih eksperata. Kao rezultat toga, svojim potrošačima svakodnevno isporučujemo proizvode, proizvedene u skladu sa HACCP principima, a upravljanje kompanijom je usaglašeno sa standardom ISO 9001:2015. Svakom našem potrošaču ovi standardi su od velikog značaja, iz razloga što mogu biti sigurni da konzumiraju kvalitetan, svjež, ukusan i nadasve bezbjedan proizvod.
The strength of our company is in recognizable and constant quality, personnel structure and technical and technological equipment. We produce 15-20 tons of food per day, employ 47 hardworking, dedicated and responsible employees, of which 24 are in production. Dedicated, skilled and professional employees are the greatest strength of our company. The further development of “Uniprom pekara” will be directed in achieving a leading position in production and sale of bakery products on Montenegrin market, and especially on expanding the assortment of our products on the regional market.
Uniprom kvalitet je već godinama prepoznat na tržištu Crne Gore, kao i na tržištima zemalja regiona. Zaposleni su posvećeni očuvanju i unapređenju dostignutih standarda. Naši proizvodi su proizvedeni od najkvalitetnijih i kontrolisanih sirovina, uz primjenu najsavremenije tehnologije i najzahtjevnijih standarda, u svim fazama proizvodnje i distribucije proizvoda. Proizvodnja kvalitetne, higijenski ispravne i sigurne hrane, osnovni je cilj naše kompanije. Taj cilj Uniprom pekara ostvaruje doslednom primjenom standarda HACCP i ISO 9001:2015.
The care for quality, safety and sanitary approval of our products are the main responsibility of our company. Apart from internal control, quality testing and health safety of raw materials and ready-to-go products has been done by The Institute for Public Health Podgorica. Significant financial resources in health safety of products and quality control are invested per year by Uniprom.
OUR VISION
Our goal is to maintain and strengthen our position in the market by working with our business partners. We strive to invest in our own development, to introduce new products into our production program, to apply new technologies and to constantly offer high-quality products. In the coming period, “Uniprom pekara” will focus its activities on:
- Improving the quality of its products;
- expanding the assortment and meeting the needs of the market;
- improving the long-term relationships with customers;
- Improving technology and procurement of modern equipment
In order to fully meet our set goals, achieve the vision with examples of good practice, “Uniprom pekara” constantly strives for the improvement of society, community, and the overall well-being of the environment in which we live. Without pretense to boast about it, but to proudly present our responsibility and thus be a role model for others – within the limits of possibilities, we help projects whose main goal is to aid vulnerable groups of residents, support sports and cultural events. At the same time, we are guided by the principles of conservation and improvement of the working and living environment by treating hazardous waste responsibly. We are active in our intention to follow the latest trends in ecology and persistent in our intention to contribute to the community in which we operate…
